Quail Hollow South
The Quail Hollow South Association (QHS) is the sub-association to which 60 members of our community belong. QHS consists of two six-unit condominium buildings and four twelve-unit condominium buildings. It is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, each of whom are elected by members of the QHS community. A map of the community can be found here.
Key areas of responsibility of QHS Board of Directors include:
- The common areas of QHS, exclusive of landscaping and grounds.
- The maintenance and repair of each building, excluding areas defined as the responsibility of each homeowner in the QHS By-Laws.
The QHS Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. All QHS homeowners are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings where they can gain valuable insights into the Board’s work and ask any questions related to the QHS Board’s area of responsibility.
In addition to monthly meetings, the QHS Board of Directors also convenes an Annual Meeting each year. The date, time, and location of the monthly meetings and Annual Meeting as well as sub-association governing documents are accessible through the Sign-In portal.
