Since its inception in 1971, Quail Hollow Estates has flourished to become a thriving community of 269 members. As members of the Quail Hollow Estates neighborhood, all homeowners benefit from belonging to the Quail Hollow Homeowners Association (QHHA). And, in the case of townhome, condominium, and patio homeowners, additional monthly fees are paid to their sub-associations – Quail Hollow East, Quail Hollow South, and Quail Hollow West – ensuring focused attention to the specific needs of their buildings and common areas.
