Quail Hollow Homeowners Association (QHHA)
The Quail Hollow Homeowners Association (QHHA) is the umbrella association to which all 269 members of our community belong (a map of the community can be found here). QHHA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, each of whom are elected by the community to serve three-year terms.
Key areas of responsibility of QHHA Board of Directors include:
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance of the common areas to ensure a well-manicured environment.
- Recreation and amenities management, including the pools, recreation courts, lakes, and clubhouse.
- Appoints the Chairperson of the Architectural Review Committee and approves the Chairperson’s nominees for the Committee
- Oversight of the QHHA website, providing a valuable online resource for our residents.
The QHHA Board of Directors convenes in the Clubhouse on the first Monday of each month at 7pm. All Quail Hollow Estates homeowners are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings where they can gain valuable insights into the Board’s work and ask any questions related to the QHHA Board’s area of responsibility.
In addition to monthly meetings, the QHHA Board of Directors also convenes an Annual Meeting each June. The date and time of the Annual Meeting as well as association governing documents are accessible through the Sign-In portal.
